Trying on an item is allowed, but visible wear, stains, damage, odors, or signs of use will result in rejection.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order is not permitted and may result in refusal of future returns.
If an item does not meet the above criteria, the return may be refused.
3. Return Window
You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, full name, and reason for return. -
After review, we will provide the return address of our supplier’s warehouse (located in China or another international fulfillment location).

Ship the item at your own expense to the provided address.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the return until it arrives at the warehouse.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
5. Refunds
Once the warehouse receives and inspects your returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

The refunded amount includes the product price only.

Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling charges are not refundable.
If the item does not meet the return conditions, the refund will be declined.
